Architectural Design

Our architecture team has a great deal of relevant experience that complements the company's MEP & Telecommunication design service. It brings a holistic approach to projects. This multi-faceted comprehensive nature enables Salas O'Brien to solve a variety a problem by drawing upon the various team members and resources in-house. In this manner, we are able to identify majority of the programmatic and design issues early on.

Our experience with architectural design encompasses a variety of systems for educational, commercial, institutional, residential, industrial projects spans over 20 years. Our architectural services include:

• The design and development of construction documents for schools, fire stations, central plants, recreation support structures, office buildings and a variety of tenant improvements.


• Our experience also includes estimating, conducting on site observation of work and monitored compliance with plans and specifications.


• The evaluation of building facilities including infrastructure feasibility studies, accessibility compliance, conceptual budget studies and critical needs assessments for various structures.


• Extensive experience working with Division of State Architect (DSA) for approvals and closeout of projects.



• Architectural renderings, 3-D illustrations, animations and fly-throughs. Our renderings and modeling software create photorealistic visuals.
